Order Delivery

Homes N Living uses the services of Australia Post and other shipping partners to deliver your goods. A residential or business address is required for safe delivery of your goods. Most of the orders are despatched within 2 days of receipt.

Please note that aerosol cans cannot be shipped to P O Box and no Express delivery is available for the aerosol cans.

Metro Areas                 2 to 6 working days

Regional Areas              3 to 8 working days

Rural & Remote Areas   7 to 10 working days

 

COLLECTION ORDERS

Order collection is available. Your order will be available for pick up in 24 hours.

Please email at sales@homesnliving.com.au with your order details. You will be sent a confirmation email once your order is ready for pick up.

 

Whilst we make every effort to pack the goods with care and despatch on time we cannot guarantee the delivery of items within this time

frame as this is an estimate provided by the shipping carrier. Furthermore, you may experience delay during sale events, promotions or any natural disasters.

Homes N Living cannot be held liable for any loss, damage or expense incurred by you or any third party as a result of delivery delay. If you are unable to collect your goods after 10 days of failed delivery from the Post office, please contact us at support@homesnlving.com.au to claim your order. Please note that re delivery will incur additional charges.

For orders within Australia if the item is not received by you within 2 weeks of shipment confirmation (sent via email), please contact us within the 2 week time frame. We do not accept any order not received claims after this time.

International orders are also delivered within the two week time frame via our preferred service provider.

You must inspect the goods when received for any damage and notify us at support@homesnliving.com.au. Any missing goods or goods received in damaged or faulty state will be replaced free of charge depending on stock availability. There will be a delivery fee for change of mind replacement.
