Engrained is a water based all in one stain
and topcoat sealant, formulated for use over raw timber. Easy to apply, odourless and eco-friendly, it delivers a highly durable, impervious protective
matt finish. Suitable for interior and exterior use, and for high traffic surfaces including counter/table tops, kitchen/bathroom cabinets.

Does this paint have zero VOC?

All Made By Paint products are zero VOC.

Engrained Timber Wood Stains are strongly
tinted, water-based stains and can be diluted
with water should more of a wash be desired. We recommend testing on a sample piece first to see if the product is suitable.

Do you have the engrained stains in 500ml packs?

Engrained stains only come in 250ml tins.

What sort of area coverage I would get per tin of engrained wood stain for single coat?

Engrained covers approx. 2-3 sqm/tin, depending on surface.

How many colours is the stain available in?

Engrained stain & sealer comes in a beautiful palette of neutrals, earthy greys and shadowy darks which can soften, balance or enhance the natural tones of timber. These colours work beautifully for furniture and compliment other materials such as stone, concrete and leather.

BARE GRAIN – Matt, clear finish for enhancing and protecting the natural timber grain.

GALLERY WHITE – A vivid, fresh and cool white. Perfect as a modern liming or bleaching white.

ORGANIC WHITE – A classic neutral off-white, soft and warm. Perfect for an antiquing white.

PEPPER GREY – A soft, warm, pale grey. Perfect for a weathered driftwood finish.

BAKED STONE – A delicate earthy, taupe-stone grey. Sophisticated and luxurious.

URBAN GREY – A cool and moody weathered grey. Perfect with blues, charcoals and blacks.

TOASTED BROWN – A versatile shadowy, grey-brown. Perfect for modern farmhouse.
