Where is my order? How do I track it?

You can find the most updated status of your order through track your order page in your Homes N Living account. Order can also be tracked via

the shipping confirmation email which contains the tracking info.

Do I have to register for a homesnliving.com.au account to place an online order?

No. You have the option to check out as a guest; creating an account is optional. Signing up for a Homes N Living account is a convenient way to

keep track of your order history, and favourite products.

Can I cancel my order?

Since we are an online store order cancellation can be done within 6 hours of placing the order. Send us an email with order details to

support@homesnliving.com.au for cancellation

How do I get free shipping for my online order?

We offer free shipping for ship to home orders with subtotals over $120 Australia wide. Oversized items are excluded from this offer and have an additional charge.

Why was my order cancelled?

While we do try to fulfill all orders occassionally order may be cancelled due to product availability or because we are unable to successfully process the payment.

Can I change the shipping location on my order?

If you want to change the shipping address you will need to contact within the first few hours of pacing the order at support@homesnliving.com.au

Since all orders are despatched within one business day any late shipping address updates may not be possible.

Why am I being charged for additional shipping?

Oversized items, express shipping and same day delivery orders have additional shipping fees.

How long will it take to get my order?

Most of the orders within Australia are delivered within 5 to 8 days.

What are the delivery costs for ordering within Australia?

Delivery cost is dependent on your location and service selected. We offer free shipping Australia wide on orders above $120. Bulky orders are excluded from free shipping.

Do you refund shipping charges for returns?

We offer refunds on shipping charges for damaged or lost shipments.

How do I return items purchased online?

To return the items you will need to ship the items back to us. Contact us for return details at support@homesnliving.com.au

What is your online return policy?

If your Homesnliving.com.au purchase is not up to your satisfaction, you may return it within 1 months (30 days) of purchase. To return an item,

the item must be new, unused and in its original packaging. You may return the item to us by mail. Before sending the item contact us at

support@homesnliving.com.au

When will I receive my refund?

We process returns within 1-2 business days. The refund time is dependent on your financial institution, usually 3-5 business days. In the instance you are returning the item refund will be processed once item is received.

What payment options are available?

You are able to pay for your order by PayPal, Visa, MasterCard or via Direct Bank Transfer. If you choose Direct Bank Transfer you will receive an email with your order and our bank details. Please put your order number as your reference details and email you remittance to info@homesnliving.com.au for fast processing.

Can I pick up my order?

We do not have pick up as an option.

How do I see my last order?

You can login at the top of the home page and view your past orders in your account.

Can I change my username?

No, you are not able to change your username.

How can I change my password?

You can change your password in edit details.

What do I do if I forget my password?

If you have forgotten your password you can have it reset via login and enter your username/email address and a password reset request will be sent to your email address. Follow the directions on the email.
